About the President

Falicia Brewer, President, is the sole proprietor of Brewer & Associates.  Ms. Brewer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Master’s Degree in Political Science, as well as a Certificate in Facilitation from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Fundraising School in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She is also a Certified Grant Administrator with the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs.

For almost two decades, Ms. Brewer has provided progressive management experience in fund development, organizational development, and business development.  Through services such as program management, project management, training, proposal writing/administration, board development, strategic planning, event planning, market research and coalition building, Ms. Brewer has generated over $20 million on behalf of her clients.  Her expertise has been utilized within entities such as the Indiana Youth Institute, Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library, ESource Resources, Caldwell VanRiper Advertising and Public Relatioins, Indy Parks and Recreation, Indianapolis Public Schools, the Indiana Minority Health Coalition, and Harrison College.

As a national trainer, Ms. Brewer has presented at the Christian Community Development Association, the Indiana Office of Faith Based and Community Initiative and the Indiana Black Expo.

Ms. Brewer partners with consulting firms such as Emmanuel & Associates and Efficient Business Solutions on targeted projects, as well as has a team of three additional researchers, proposal writers and project managers to provide services requested by potential clients.
