Falicia Brewer, President, has over twenty-five years of experience in nonprofit management and fund development with a special emphasis on board development, strategic planning business development and grantsmanship. Brewer_professional

During her career, Ms. Brewer has served as the Development Director, State Director and Executive Coach in mid-size nonprofits throughout the Midwest.  As a consultant, she has served over 200 organizations who serve Indiana residents and has trained over 10,000 nonprofit leaders.  Her role within organizations is to provide best practices solutions that foster financial stability, effectively communicates their mission and challenges them to strategically grow through efficient execution

In 2004, Ms. Brewer started Brewer & Associates, Inc., to provide affordable, comprehensive professional services to nonprofit organizations and small businesses located in the Midwest.   Her skill-sets include fund development, organizational development, and business development.  These skill-sets include services such as program management, start-up and business development, business development coaching, project management, training, proposal writing/administration, board development, strategic planning, public outreach, strategic business relations, event planning and coalition building.

Ms. Brewer has generated over $28 million on behalf of her clients.  Her expertise has been utilized within entities such as the Indiana Youth Institute, Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library, Harrison College, Indy Parks and Recreation, Indianapolis Public Schools, the Indianapolis Urban League, the Indiana Minority Health Coalition, and the Indiana Healthy Marriage and Family Coalition.

As a national trainer, Ms. Brewer has presented at the Christian Community Development Association, the Indiana Office of Faith Based and Community Initiative and the Indiana Black Expo.  She is an avid volunteer for a myriad of agencies and has served on a wide variety of nonprofit boards.  In addition, her commitment to impact the lives within our community has afforded many opportunities to utilize her knowledge and expertise to benefit hundreds of agencies and small businesses throughout the Midwest.

Ms. Brewer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Master’s Degree in Political Science, as well as a Certificate in Facilitation from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana.  She also possesses a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Fundraising School in Indianapolis, Indiana and she is currently an adjunct professor at Indiana University Northwest.

She adds value to her clients by keeping her fingers on the pulse of change and being a strong advocate for those she serves.
